1. Dual-Licensing Matrix & GPL Framework
All WordPress plugins and extensions engineered by PineX Limited adhere to a strict dual-licensing matrix. The core PHP logic and underlying architectural functions required to interface natively with the WordPress ecosystem are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. This ensures you maintain the fundamental freedoms to run, study, and modify the software core.
2. Proprietary Assets & Strict Exclusions
While the PHP logic adheres to the GPL, specific front-end assets embedded within the software matrix are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of PineX Limited. This includes, but is not limited to, our custom CSS frameworks, proprietary JavaScript routing engines, brand typography, SVG iconography, and compiled administrative interfaces. These assets are NOT distributed under the GPL and may not be extracted, copied, or redistributed for use in non-PineX architectures.
3. Grant of License & Cryptographic Key Usage
Upon a successful financial transaction, PineX Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license key. This cryptographic token is strictly meant to authenticate your specific server environment with the PineX HQ update matrix. The license key itself is a proprietary asset and may not be publicly published, sold, or shared on third-party distribution networks (nulled forums).
4. Automated Deployment & Update Infrastructure
An active, uncompromised license key grants your server the ability to execute API calls to our infrastructure to download automated deployment packages and security patches. If your license key expires, is revoked, or is blacklisted, this API connection is severed immediately. You may continue to run the locally installed version of the plugin indefinitely (as per the GPL), but you forfeit all future architectural updates.
5. Restrictions on Reverse Engineering & Sub-licensing
You are strictly forbidden from reverse-engineering the PineX licensing API, deploying methods to bypass our cryptographic key validation, or creating derivative works of our proprietary assets. You may not sub-license, rent, or lease access to your PineX account or license keys to unauthorized third parties.
6. Fair Use & API Rate Limiting
Your server's interaction with the PineX update matrix is subject to fair use protocols. If our firewall detects abusive API requests, distributed denial of service patterns, or excessive update checks originating from your license key, our infrastructure will autonomously rate-limit your server IP or temporarily disable the cryptographic key to protect our global network velocity.
7. Software Warranty Disclaimer
The software architecture is provided strictly "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PineX Limited makes no cryptographic guarantees that the software will be error-free, immune to unauthorized intrusion, or perfectly compatible with every permutation of server architecture or third-party WordPress plugin stack.
8. Termination of License State
This EULA remains effective until terminated. PineX Limited reserves the autonomous right to terminate your license state immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement, engage in software piracy, or weaponize our code. Upon termination, you must destroy all locally held copies of the proprietary assets and cease access to the SLA support matrix.
